Project Scope: The Howard Avenue Contract is located in New Haven and consists of the reconstruction of the Howard Avenue Bridge over I-95 (Bridge No. 00165). Additional work includes the installation of a new Incident Management System (IMS) conduit on North Bound I-95, as well as work in the median and shoulders on I-95.
